Sarah + Steve were so adorably sweet! They had a church ceremony followed by a rustic barn style reception that we provided planning and event/floral design for. Baby's breath adorned the church and reception, and bridesmaids dresses and accents were in blue. Sarah chose circus roses and babys breath for her bouquet and it turned out absolutely gorgeous! In between ceremony and reception, there was a bar, a tent and games on the lawn for the guests to enjoy during cocktail hour. They capped off the evening with a great surprise... fresh donuts! Loved it! Happy Anniversary Sarah + Steve, wishing you many more years filled with happiness and love!

Vendor Spotlight :: Emporium Pies

Pies and pie stations are wonderful additions to any special event. There's no better place to get them than Emporium Pies! We stopped in the Deep Ellum location last weekend for a look and tried out some treats. Deeelish! Pre-order pies or stop in and see what's available. Celeb Wedding :: Amy Reimann + Dale Earnhardt, Jr.

Amy Reimann and Dale Earnhardt, Jr. had a 2017 New Year's wedding. The vows were officiated by NASCAR chaplain Nick Terry and took place at Childress Vineyards in Lexington, North Carolina.The bride wore a strapless dress with a ball gown skirt. Earnhardt announced the happy news on his Twitter page with a gorgeous wedding photo.

“Happily married!!! What an amazing experience. Looking forward to the rest of our lives @Amy_Reimann. #honeymooners,” he said.

Happy Anniversary :: Molly + Scott

Molly + Scott had a Catholic ceremony followed by a nautical themed reception....sailboat included! Their wedding was on an island, so everyone arrived by boat and the bride & groom made a fabulous entrance! They even had a personalized flag to fly on the boat for wedding day! The reception had a starfish theme, with a color palette of pink and chocolate. Absolutely gorgeous from start to finish! Happy anniversary Molly + Scott, and best wishes for  many years to come!

Venue Spotlight :: Chapel Creek Ranch in Denton, TX

Last weekend I attended the Champagne Tours at Chapel Creek Ranch in Denton and was very impressed! The space is gorgeous, both rustic and elegant. Barns and chandeliers, a quaint little white chapel and outdoor wooden arbor area for ceremonies, plus plenty of great areas for photos. It's truly a gem! Not to mention, the staff was very friendly and accommodating! We have a wedding coming up here in September and I can't wait to see how it turns out!
