3/4 oz. Pumpkin Simple
1/4 oz. Orgeat
3/4 oz. Lemon
Heavy Sprinkle Pumpkin Spice
1 Egg White
1 oz. Cream
Top with Soda

Blackberry Smash

2 oz. Wild Turkey® Bourbon
5 Blackberries
5 Mint Leaves
1/2 oz. Maple Syrup
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice

Combine blackberries, maple syrup and mint leaves in a pint glass, muddle gently to release juice from berries and oils from mint. Add bourbon, Lemon juice and ice, shake hard for 10 seconds. Double strain in a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with blackberries and a mint sprig.
