Tie The Knot

Ingredients:
1.5 oz.. Crown Royal Deluxe
.5 oz. Honey
.75 oz. Grapefruit Juice

Directions:
Place Crown Royal Deluxe, honey and grapefruit juice in a shaker tin. Add ice and shake. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.

Rose Sour

• 1.5oz Tanqueray 10 Gin
• .5oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
•1oz Fresh Lime
•1/2oz Pineapple Juice
•.75 Simple Syrup (1:1)
• 3 Drops of Rose Water

Shake and strain ingredients into chilled coupe glass and drop distilled rose water on foam for a floral element. Cheers!

Venue Tour :: The Springs (Denton) :: The Lodge

This afternoon I went to take a tour of this lovely place! I have a wedding coming up there on June 17th, so I did the final walkthrough and setup details today.

I absolutely love the light from the windows. It creates a gorgeous reflection on the floor. The fireplace is a beautiful focal point for the lodge, and the staircase is quite grand as well. The seating areas are comfy and lovely, and the patio has some amazing views!

I must also say, this place has it together! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, they have so much valuable information available right at their fingertips, and they're very helpful with ideas and tips for getting the best out of their venue. I can't wait to see this wedding on the 17th!

#SignatureSaturdays :: Red White & Blue Sangria Sparkler

These Red, White, and Blue Sangria Sparklers are a pretty show stopper perfect for Memorial Day, July 4th, backyard cookouts, and any summer time fun in the sun event!

Ingredients

• 1 750 ml Bottle of Riesling Wine chilled
• 1 750 ml Bottle of Prosecco Wine chilled
• 3 tbs sugar
• 1 cup sliced stawberries
• 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

1. Pour Riesling into a pitcher.
2. Add sugar and stir.
3. Add strawberries and blueberries, stir, cove, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. In a wine glass, pour half a glass of Prosecco. Top other half with Riesling making sure to include the blueberries and strawberries.
5. Serve. Cheers!
