#SignatureSaturdays :: Fuzzy Spiked Pear Punch

Ingredients

• 4 cups pear juice
• 1 bottle prosecco or champagne
• ¾ cup vanilla vodka
• ½ cup simple syrup
• Fresh pears for garnish

Directions

1. Pour pear juice, vodka and simple syrup into a pitcher and stir to combine.
2. Pop a bottle of bubbly and slowly pour the full bottle into the juice mixture in your pitcher.
3. Stir again, gently.
4. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup, or skip it entirely!
5. Fill glasses to the top with ice and serve up your pear punch!
6. Garnish with slices of pear. Tip: I ran my pears through my mandolin to get those

Ingredients

• 1 container lime sherbert
• 1 bottle of champagne or prosecco
• 3 bottles of Izzes Clementine Sparkling Soda
• 1 fresh lime for garnish

Directions

1. To dust the rim of your glass just wet the rim of the glass with water and sprinkle lightly with sugar.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of lime sherbet (sub with sorbet if dairy free) to each glass.
3. Add equal parts of Champagne and Izzes Clementine soda.
4. Squeeze 1 wedge of lime into your drink and use another wedge for garnish

Ingredients

• 1 cup Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum
• 2 cups orange juice
• 2 cups pineapple juice
• 2 cups ginger ale
• 1 cup grenadine or cherry syrup
• Orange and lemon slices, maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

1. Mix Coconut Rum, orange juice, pineapple juice and ginger ale together.
2. Pour over ice and add grenadine, which will sink to the bottom for a beautiful ombre hue.
3. Serve with orange and lemon slices and maraschino cherries for garnish

I'm not much for the green beer that's so wildly popular today, but this punch sounds right up my alley! Wishing a happy and safe St. Patrick's Day to everyone! Get punched!

Lucky 43 🍀
1 part Irish Whiskey
1/2 part Licor 43
1/2 part Midori
1/4 part Cucumber juice
3/4 part Lemon Juice
Topped with Ginger Beer
